Procuramos um(a) Engenheiro(a) de Telecomunicações com vontade de evoluir para um papel híbrido entre técnico e comercial, acompanhando clientes, oportunidades e demonstrações de produto. Como Engenheiro(a) de Telecomunicações – Business Development, irás atuar como ponto de ligação entre tecnologia e negócio, garantindo que o Simplifyd responde às necessidades dos operadores e integradores Telco. As tuas principais responsabilidades serão: Participar na definição e execução da estratégia de crescimento do Simplifyd junto de operadores móveis. Recolher e analisar requisitos técnicos dos clientes, traduzindo-os em oportunidades de produto. Preparar e apresentar demonstrações técnicas da plataforma (Trials). Apoiar a elaboração de propostas comerciais e técnicas. Colaborar com equipas internas de engenharia, desenvolvimento e I&D. Acompanhar clientes nacionais e internacionais, garantindo satisfação e continuidade de negócio. Não é necessário experiência prévia em Sales — oferecemos apoio para a evolução neste percurso. Requisitos Formação superior em Engenharia de Telecomunicações, Eletrotécnica ou similar. Experiência em redes móveis (RAN 2 G–5 G), OSS/BSS, planeamento, otimização ou gestão de configuração/performance (CM/PM). Capacidade de comunicação técnica e facilidade de interação com equipas e clientes. Boa organização, proatividade e orientação para resultados. Fluência em inglês (oral e escrito). Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Lisboa e deslocações internacionais pontuais. Main Responsibilities Contribute to the definition and execution of Simplifyd's commercial growth strategy with mobile operators. Gather and analyse customer technical requirements, translating them into product opportunities. Prepare and deliver technical demonstrations of the platform (Trials). Support the preparation of commercial and technical proposals. Collaborate closely with engineering, development and R&D teams. Support both national and international customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement. Requirements Degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related field. Experience in mobile networks (RAN 2 G–5 G), OSS/BSS, planning, optimisation or configuration/performance management (CM/PM). Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and interact effectively with internal teams and customers. Strong organisational skills, proactivity and results orientation. Fluency in English (spoken and written). Availability for on-site work in Lisbon and occasional international travel. Ideal Profile Engineer with strong interest in evolving towards Sales Engineering or Business Development, while maintaining technical depth.
