Experis is recruiting a Digital Campaign Officer to join an international and dynamic environment, with a strong focus on the creation, management, and optimization of internal digital campaigns. This role will have a direct impact on enhancing the organization's digital spaces through the strategic management of promotional banners and performance-driven digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
* Plan digital campaigns aligned with communication and business objectives.
* Develop and execute digital campaigns, with a strong focus on internal banner promotions.
* Manage the campaign calendar and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
* Define segmentation and targeting strategies.
* Configure, launch, and publish campaigns across digital platforms.
* Implement A/B testing for continuous optimization.
* Ensure compliance with visual, editorial, and regulatory standards.
* Manage validation processes with internal teams (market, legal, and compliance).
* Monitor and analyze campaign performance based on defined KPIs.
* Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
* Identify best practices and market trends in digital marketing.
* Work continuously with CRM and analytics tools to support data-driven decision-making.
* Provide technical support to teams and train new users on campaign tools.
Requirements:
* Analytics tools experience – mandatory.
* Experience with digital campaign management and planning tools.
* Proven experience in planning, developing, and managing digital campaigns.
* Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Experience working with CRM tools and data analysis.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams.
* Fluency in French and English (minimum C1 level).
