Position Summary
This full-time role involves serving as the primary point of contact for our French-speaking customers. The Representative will be tasked with resolving product or service issues, responding to queries, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction via telephone, electronic mail, and online chat.
Crucial Requirements
* Language Prowess:
o French: Absolute proficiency required – C2 level (Native). This is the primary language of interaction.
* Geographic Constraint: The recruitment is strictly focused on individuals who are already residents of Braga or surrounding areas. No relocation aid is provided.
* Work Permit Status: Applicants must present valid documentation confirming their legal right to work in Portugal:
o A current Portuguese Residency Card (validity must exceed one year).
o EU Citizen ID or Passport.
o Officially recognized Refugee Card.
Logistics and Scheduling
* Location: Braga, Portugal (Hybrid work arrangement).
* Equipment: All essential tools for remote and office work will be supplied by the company.
* Experience Level: Previous experience in the support sector is welcome but not a necessity. We prioritize language skills and attitude.

* Work Schedule:
o Days: Monday to Friday.
o Hours: Rotational shifts operating within the timeframe of 07:00 to 19:00.
o Time Off: Fixed days off are Saturday and Sunday.
