Produce functional documentation such asprocedures, user guides, data dictionaries and database descriptions. Analyse existing data structures and contribute todata modelling, bringing a functional/business perspective. Support the evolution of the data ecosystem, including follow‐up of new versions and thephasing‐out/decommissioningof legacy views. Define thetesting strategy, prepare test cases, conduct functional tests and coordinate user validation phases. Executedouble‐run testingwhen required to compare new vs. existing outputs. Provide training, guidance and continuous support to end‐users throughout the project lifecycle. Help drive change management activities, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes and tools.Your Profile and Skills Solid experience as aBusiness Analyst, working on data‐driven transformation initiatives. Strong ability togather, translate and structure business requirements, turning them into clear and actionable user stories. Good understanding ofdata ecosystems, data quality, referential management, and process optimization. Comfortable analysing existing data sources, identifying inconsistencies, and proposing improvements to enhance accuracy and reporting reliability. Hands-on experience withAgile methodologiesand delivery frameworks. Proficiency withJira, Confluence and ALM Octanefor requirement tracking and project documentation. Experience withdata analysis toolssuch asDataikuorAlteryx, plus strong Excel skills. Strong communication and change‐management mindset, able to support users and explain functional impacts clearly. Fluent inEnglish, with basic notions ofFrench. Attention to detail, analytical thinking and strong collaboration skills.
