Plan and coordinate training programs internally and externally (on-site, virtual and hybrid). Oversee the e-learning system and analyze learning performance metrics. Develop and review training content including presentations, guides, videos and workshops. Organize internal events, engagement programs and team-building initiatives. Contribute to onboarding, performance evaluation, career development and succession frameworks. Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal training policies. Track and report L&D KPIs, identifying areas for optimization.
