Job Role Overview
The Settlement Processing Analyst is a critical position within the Securities Transaction Management Department, responsible for managing pre and post-settlement processes, clearing, and transaction/event-related accounting.
* Key responsibilities include timely settlement of client transactions, monitoring and analyzing client instruction data, and ensuring market information databases and internal procedures are up-to-date.
* This role requires effective communication with the Client Facing team to provide daily support and ensure close follow-up on pending investigations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Economics/Finance/Accounting or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking and Financial Operations or similar.
* Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and oral.
* Proficiency in MS Office Excel.
* Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and results-driven mindset.
* Effective communication skills, both written and oral, with a focus on client satisfaction.
