Main Responsibilities
* Strategy Execution: Develop and execute a roadmap for the global business services center, aligning its goals with the overall business strategy.
* Shared Services Oversight: Oversee and optimize shared services functions such as Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, and other relevant departments.
* Financial Management: Manage the center's financial sustainability while delivering high-quality services.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and stakeholders.
* Talent Development: Align with the center Head of HR for talent management strategies and ensure the development and retention of a skilled workforce.
* Team Leadership: Build, develop, and lead a diverse and high-performing team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
* Innovation and Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and continuous improvement.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure high service quality and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
* Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and manage operational risks.
* Performance Monitoring: Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the center's performance.
* Change Leadership: Lead and support change initiatives within the shared services center.
