Your contribution to something big: We are seeking a Purchasing Assistant/Junior Buyer for the Material Category Rubber to join our team.
Support in analyzing part family data, identifying opportunities for consolidation and standardization, and developing supply chain optimization and cost reduction strategies.Assist specialist buyers in negotiations on quantities, prices, delivery conditions, and costs, preparing relevant data such as sales, market, and competitive information.Manage ramp-up and ramp-down activities by securing capacities with suppliers for new projects and coordinating to ensure readiness for demand increases.Help identify and communicate material shortages, support alternative sourcing, and expedite orders to mitigate supply disruptions.Proactively communicate with stakeholders and find optimal solutions for Bosch.Master and improve IT systems used in Purchasing, such as PILUM and SAP.What distinguishes you: Master's degree.Good analytical skills; negotiation experience is a plus.Fluent in English; knowledge of German is advantageous.Ability to manage relationships with international stakeholders and suppliers.Self-motivated, resilient, team-oriented, and communicative.Benefits include health insurance, on-site medical services, training and certification opportunities, career development, discounts, sports activities, and good transport access.
