The Challenge
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to financial products and market risk;
Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for IT teams;
Work closely with developers, quants, and risk teams to ensure accurate implementation of risk models (VaR, XVA, EEPE);
Analyze market data and validate risk calculations to support decision-making processes;
Participate in system enhancements, testing, and deployment of financial applications;
Ensure data quality, consistency, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
What You Bring
+5 years of experience as Business Analyst;
Knowledge of financial products and market data, including the ability to calculate risk metrics such as VaR, XVA, and EEPE;
Strong understanding of market risk;
Proven experience in IT business analysis;
Knowledge of mathematics, statistics, and econometrics;
Experience with requirements gathering, analysis, and specification;
Experience with process optimization and solution design;
Preparation of technical and functional documentation;
Experience with functional testing;
Contact with stakeholders and IT technical teams;
Good knowledge of management tools such as Jira, MS Project, and/or Confluence;
Good knowledge of databases, namely SQL;
Good knowledge of visualization tools, such as Power BI;
+3 years of experience with business process mapping, testing, and reporting;
Strong knowledge of Front Office / Middle Office workflows (P&L, OTC products, IR derivatives, FX, etc.);
Solid understanding of financial products (credit derivatives, rates, bonds, FX, options);
Proficiency in SQL (mandatory);
Fluent in English and French (C1); Portuguese is a plus;
Gather and translate business needs into functional specifications;
Collaborate with development teams to define technical requirements;
Design and execute functional, integration, and regression tests (including P&L and Risk impacts);
Support and implement automated non-regression testing;
Lead user acceptance testing (UAT) with business stakeholders;
Contribute to workload estimation for development and testing activities;
Coordinate production releases and deployment activities;
Provide 3rd level support: incident analysis, troubleshooting, and system monitoring;
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence);
Work closely with international teams and stakeholders.

Salary
MID: €*****–€***** base salary + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits + other current benefits;
