Job Title: Application Support
At Aubay Portugal, we are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Application Support specialist. With a strong background in Helpdesk and Service Support operations, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients.
The ideal candidate should possess approximately 4 years of experience in 2nd level Application Support, with fluency in German and English being mandatory. Additionally, they should have a solid understanding of Microsoft Office, with strong proficiency in Excel.
* Strong problem-solving and research capabilities
* Experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or similar) for incident and service request management
