The Delivery Lead for Flutter Functions Global Sportsbook & Trading (GST) will focus on ensuring software delivery within an engaged and motivated team environment, optimizing the delivery lifecycle, and driving continuous improvement across squads within the value stream.ResponsibilitiesSupport autonomous, cross-functional teams to plan and deliver effectively through Agile and Lean practices.Promote delivery discipline and a Dev Ops culture to ensure ownership from design to operations.Facilitate delivery ceremonies, including planning, stand‐ups, retrospectives, and release readiness.Track and analyse delivery metrics (cycle time, throughput, quality) to support continuous llaborate closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Service Operations to align goals and manage dependencies.Create and maintain delivery roadmaps, surfacing blockers, progress, and value delivered.Identify and manage delivery risks, helping teams implement mitigation strategies.Drive team coaching, improving ways of working, autonomy, and sustainable delivery.Encourage knowledge sharing and support the development of the delivery community.QualificationsTrack record of enabling high‐performing software and/or platform teams.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to coach teams and influence stakeholders.Experience balancing multiple streams of work while maintaining alignment and flow.Problem‐solving mindset, with confidence to navigate ambiguity and change.Passion for delivery excellence, system thinking, and continuous learning.Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, AWS) are a nice to have.Mastery of Agile, Lean, and ideally Dev Ops practices in real‐world teams.Experience leading cross‐functional teams in fast‐paced, complex environments.Working knowledge of delivery tooling such as Jira, Git Hub, Confluence, and dashboards.Experience with cloud‐native environments, particularly AWS, a strong plus.Excellent communication tailored to technical and non‐technical stakeholders.Equal Opportunity Statement
