Strategic Partnerships Manager – AlgarveLocation: Algarve, Portugal (local presence required)Company: Memory BoxAbout the RoleMemory Box is expanding across the Algarve and is looking for a Strategic Partnerships Manager to grow and manage venue partnerships throughout the region.This role is ideal for someone with strong knowledge of the local Algarve tourism and hospitality scene, including hotels, resorts, bars, nightlife venues, beach clubs, and other high-footfall tourist locations.You will play a key role in securing and managing long-term partnerships for our premium, studio-quality photobooth installations, while working closely with the founders as the Algarve network grows.Key Responsibilities- Identify and secure new venue partnerships across the Algarve
* Build and manage relationships with hotels, resorts, bars, nightlife venues, and tourist-driven locations
* Pitch and negotiate partnership structures (revenue share or upfront models)
* Manage and grow an active portfolio of venue partners
* Act as a local representative and brand ambassador for Memory Box
* Support future expansion by helping onboard and guide additional partnership managers as the region growsRequired Experience & Skills- Strong understanding of the Algarve tourism and hospitality market
* Existing familiarity with local hotels, bars, nightlife venues, and seasonal tourism trends
* Proven relationship-building and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working independently while coordinating with a growing team
