The Role As a Fullstack Developer you are part of a Software development team and you'll analyze requirements provided by the team's Product Owner, design and develop technical solutions or processes, do unit testing, maintain and improve production code, contribute to the performance improvement work, keep the projects technical documentation up to date, while minimizing manual processes and providing automated solutions.What You'll be DoingDevelop software as part of an agile team with short iterations and frequent releases.Contribute to planning and the subsequent development of applications.Remain up to date in terms of current and future needed upgrades.What You'll BringAwareness or previous experience in using agile methodologies.Experience in writing Clean code.Experience in using established design patterns.Passion about building a great consumer product that our customers will love.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Capability of interacting effectively with other functional teams.Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented and collaborative environment.Proactiveness and being able to coach and mentor their colleagues.Flexibility, and ability to adapt to changing priorities and rapid change.Frontend SkillsConsolidated professional experience building high-quality, performant JavaScript applications.Consolidated experience in ReactJS.Experience with JavaScript test tools (e.g. Mocha, Jasmine, Jest, Protractor, Selenium, etc).Knowledge of Packaging/build tools (e.g. NPM, Webpack, Grunt, Gulp, etc) and server-side JavaScript (NodeJS).Experienced with Automated testing and mocking techniques.Backend SkillsOur product's backend runs in Java, so if you have experience working with similar OOP languages, that is not a problem as the underlying concepts are similar - just know that if you join us you'll be working with Java.Our teams also work with technologies such as Scala, Kafka, Akka, Memcached, Apache Storm, Apache Cassandra, Zookeeper, RabbitMQ, and some others...
