A multinational leader in the chemical supply industry is expanding its team in Portugal and looking for an Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic and international environment.Key Responsibilities- Daily input of accounting documents (invoices).
- Handle accounting-related claims (incorrect invoices, credit notes) with suppliers and customers.
- Verify purchase and sales invoices.
- Prepare overdue invoice reports and follow up.
- Assist with monthly closing and weekly payments.
- Monitor currency positions and credit lines.Qualifications & Skills- Strong knowledge of GAAP accounting principles.
