JOB DESCRIPTION: ASSET MANAGEMENT ANALYST The Company: The company is looking to recruit a full-time analyst to join the asset management team for the properties in Portugal and Europe.The analyst’s focus:Review monthly reports and forecasts against budgets and overall targets.Defining annual budgets,Reviewing the annual CAPEX plans and FFE purchase requestsAnalyze and produce reports with recommendations to assist in decision making which will ultimately increase the assets’ value.Assist the company in the development of new properties through several stages from valuation and feasibility until the pre-opening budgetMarket studies and research, including benchmarking.The candidate has experience with: Extensive knowledge of Finance and accounting, including Profit and loss statements, Cashflow and overall accounting principles, KPIs and metrics that evaluate hotel performance. Knowledge of USALI is a plus.Extensive knowledge of excel and other Microsoft Office tools.Overall and high-level knowledge and experience of hospitality management, operations and departments Front office, F&B, Marketing. Knowledge of revenue management is a plus.Extensive knowledge and experience of hotel analytics. The employee has interest to collect and analyze data to prepare reports, studies and business cases to help defining strategies decision making and action plans.Overall knowledge of hotel development, feasibilities and valuations. Knowledge and experience with hotel management agreements, and pre-opening plans is a plus.Preference for candidates with previous experience in finance, asset management, consultancy, or hotel & revenue management.Experience in market research and studies, including benchmarking of different asset classesAnalyzing and proposing best use for hospitality assets or portions thereof.The candidate is: Methodic, detailed, analytical and responsible.Return on investment oriented capable of maximizing asset valueStrategic orientedGood communicator capable of building relationships and support hotel managers but also to challenge their decisions towards operational and financial excellencehttps://www.trilighthospitality.com/
