About the role:
We’re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team and help shape the future of the Cyncly brand. As our first in-house designer in Lisbon, you’ll have a unique opportunity to influence how creative work is done at Cyncly and make a meaningful impact.
Ideally, you bring a few years of professional experience and are ready to take your career to the next level within an international software company. You’ll collaborate with global stakeholders across the organization, supporting marketing campaigns, events, content creation, website design, and brand development initiatives. This role reports to the Head of Brand within Corporate Marketing.
Required qualifications and experience:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in creative roles (agency or in-house)
* BA in Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
* A portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with other tools like Figma or Canva is a plus
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Familiarity with digital marketing tools and trends (e.g., Marketo, ABM)
* AI-savviness and willingness to grow in this field
* A proactive attitude and openness to learn new tools
* Experience working in the O365 environment
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills (both internal & external)
* Sharp attention to detail
Nice to Have:
* Experience designing presentations (PowerPoint)
* Basic skills in motion graphics or video editing
* Confidence in art direction when needed
