Mission:
Develop and inspire promoters to reach their full potential in direct sales.
Duties:
* Provide training to promoters in stores, stands, and door-to-door sales;
* Teach the fundamental steps of the sales process and applicable techniques in direct contact with customers;
* Support promoters in adapting their speech according to different customer profiles;
* Equip teams with leadership, time management, and team management skills;
Requirements:
* Experience in the telecommunications sector;
* Experience working with scripts for face-to-face sales;
* CCP - Certified Pedagogical Competences Certificate (mandatory);
* Good knowledge of Office (especially Excel).
