The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
- Prepare and provide the orders, respecting the process in place to the respective department;
- Make Bids & quotations for customers;
- Create space planning for interior design and quotations that meet or exceed customer expectations;
- Planning and control of mock-up delivery's;
- Preparation of submissions and providing submission documents for sales;
- Competent advice to customers and preparation of product presentations;
- Ensures the correct application of the sales conditions;
- Transmits order to the department who is charged;
- Ensures the classification of orders in accordance with the rules defined in the department.
Perfil ideal
The ideal candidate should possess the following profile:
- More than 2 years of experience in a similar function;
- Fluent in French;
- Fluent in English or Portuguese, spoken and written;
- Excellent presentation, communication and planning skills required;
- Process oriented with mindset of continuous improvement and learning.
