Job Description
Contract Management
- Support the implementation of effective and efficient contract management processes and standards within the group, based on the internal Contract Management Guideline.
- Coordinate between all Business Unit Contract Managers within the group.
- Ensure the provision of contract templates by Corporate Legal and promote awareness through training.
Data Protection
- Develop data protection processes within the group based on the internal Data Protection Concept.
- Manage coordination between the external Data Protection Officer in Germany and all BU Data Protection Coordinators.
- Provide templates and promote awareness through training.
Risk Management
- Develop risk management processes based on internal guidelines.
- Perform annual Bottom-Up and Top-Down Assessments.
- Support management with detailed risk analyses using scenario analyses or Monte Carlo simulations.
- Responsible for the Group Risk Management Process.
- Provide templates and promote awareness through training.
The Successful Applicant
- Business or law degree or related studies.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a commercial enterprise or law firm.
- Skills and experience in contract management and data protection; risk management experience is a plus.
- Analytical thinking, quick identification of complex facts.
- Independent, committed, conscientious.
- Interest in process and system improvements, affinity for new technologies.
- Strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and conceptual thinking.
- Fluent in English; German skills are a plus.
