This role is ideal for candidates who have a strong interest or background indigital marketing and/or web design, combined with excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:
Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat in German and EnglishAssist clients with website setup, management, and troubleshootingGuide customers on basic web design principles and website optimizationSupport inquiries related to digital marketing tools, online visibility, and performanceIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate website solutionsEnsure high-quality service delivery in line with KPIs and SLAsAccurately document cases and interactions in CRM systemsCollaborate with internal technical and support teams when required Mandatory Requirements:
Fluent German and advanced EnglishExperience or solid knowledge of digital marketing and/or web design (mandatory)Strong interest and enthusiasm for online technologies and website solutionsPrevious experience in customer service or technical supportExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team Nice to Have:
Experience supporting website builders, CMS platforms, or hosting solutionsBasic understanding of SEO, online advertising, or analytics toolsExperience in a contact center or B2 B customer support environmentFamiliarity with CRM and ticketing systems Compensation & Benefits:
