Your Responsibilities:
* The primary goal of a retention line is to prevent customer churn (i.E., customers leaving the company).
* Agents working in this line are trained to identify the reasons why customers want to cancel and to offer solutions to keep them.
* Addressing Customer Concerns: They handle customer complaints, service issues, and billing problems.
* Offering Incentives: They may offer discounts, special promotions, or upgraded services to persuade customers to stay.
* Building Customer Loyalty: They aim to create positive customer experiences and strengthen customer relationships.
What You Bring to the Team:
* Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level);
* Solution oriented;
* Experience in Sales
* Experience in a call center;
* strong Commitment for a long term project;
* good PC skills.

Financial Package:
* Base Salary: €920/month gross (paid 14x per year).
* Language Allowances: €350 (German) + €150 (English) (paid 13x per year).
* Performance Bonus: Up to €360/month (paid 12x per year).
* Assiduity Allowance: €110/month.
* Meal Allowance: €10.20/day worked (net).
* Flex Work Allowance: €60/month.
* Dislocation bonus up to €70 + accommodation
* Health Insurance: Provided from the 1st month of employment.
Work-Life Balance:
* Fully Remote within Portugal (with only 1 day at the office in Lisbon or Porto every six weeks).
* Paid Training:1-month training (Monday to Friday 8 am – 4 pm).
* Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 6pm. Bank holidays (payment of 50%+compensation) - shifts of 8h/day
