Job Description
As a Stakeholder Engagement Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in fostering inclusive consultations with health authorities, professional associations, and civil society. Your primary responsibility will be to facilitate collaborative dialogue sessions that align technical work with stakeholder priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the development of effective consultation strategies and approaches to engage diverse stakeholders.
* Coordinate workshops and meetings to gather feedback on model development, governance framework validation, and reform priorities.
* Document stakeholder input into national strategies and frameworks.
Qualifications:
* Advanced degree in social sciences, public health, or public policy.
* At least 5 years of experience in stakeholder engagement or participatory planning in health or governance sectors.
* Proven track record of facilitating dialogue in sensitive and multi-stakeholder contexts.
* Exceptional communication, mediation, and report writing skills.
