Ph3Head of Owners Relations – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure (Portugal) /h3pDetails – Hospitality, Sports, Leisure is the platform responsible for managing the Hospitality, Sports, and Leisure areas of Arrow Global in Portugal.
It oversees the management of major hotel units located in Vilamoura, Carvoeiro, Lagos, Albufeira, Aroeira, and Madeira, as well as golf courses and equestrian centers.
/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliOversee the management of touristic and residential properties, including contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, financial oversight, and owner relations.
/liliLead teams, coordinate assemblies and communications, and ensure alignment with legal, financial, and organizational objectives while driving operational efficiency and owner satisfaction.
/liliDevelop, negotiate, and execute touristic property management contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards.
/liliCollaborate with Corporate Counsel and Compliance to draft and enforce regulatory documents, including Constitutive Titles and Administration Regulations.
/liliLead owner communications, managing assemblies, distributing minutes, and addressing inquiries with professionalism and transparency.
/liliDirect and coordinate team operations as the primary contact for property owners, strengthening relationships and ensuring timely resolution of concerns.
/liliPartner with Finance to prepare and review annual budgets and PL statements, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and compliance.
/liliOrganize General and Extraordinary Assemblies, preparing documentation and coordinating owner-related events.
/liliManage escalation and resolution of issues with legal or contractual implications, liaising with senior management as necessary.
/liliOversee compliance documentation, insurance coverage, and timely fee collections, safeguarding property operations.
/liliCreate and update Property Owner Guides and implement recovery strategies for payment defaults.
/liliDirect PL management of condominium and third-party tourist property operations.
/li /ulpbKey Qualifications /b /pulliDegree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or Law (preferred).
/lili5+ years of supervisory experience in legal, financial, or property management roles.
/liliStrong knowledge of property management regulations and legal frameworks.
/liliAdvanced leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
/liliProven ability to manage budgets, review PL, and ensure financial compliance.
/liliProficiency in property management systems (PMS) and CRM platforms.
/liliExceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic environments.
/liliFluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
