This role is ideal for someone with a technical background who is looking to grow into a delivery leadership position while acting as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
ResponsabilitiesSupport the end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
Coordinate with development teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors
Assist in roadmap planning and monitor project progress, KPIs, and SLAs
Identify and track technical risks, supporting mitigation plans
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams
Contribute to Agile ceremonies (Scrum/Kanban) and promote best delivery practices
Support vendor and contract follow-up, ensuring performance aligns with agreed KPIs and SLAs
Encourage continuous improvement in processes, tools, and delivery standards
RequirementsSolid understanding of software development principles, system architectures, APIs, and integrations
Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, GitHub, or similar
Knowledge of DevOps concepts (CI/CD) and cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
Basic understanding of information security best practices (e.G., OWASP, SAST, DAST, vulnerability management)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work in fast-paced environments
Collaborative mindset and problem-solving attitude
Nice to havePrevious experience in IT project coordination or technical team support
Exposure to complex corporate environments (e.G., front-end platforms, ERP systems, integrations, cloud solutions)
Experience in the insurance industry
Certifications such as PMP, Prince2, Scrum Master, ITIL, or Cloud Fundamentals (Azure/AWS)
