We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Business Systems Solutions Specialist. This individual will be responsible for delivering business systems solutions by executing projects from end-to-end, running workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
The successful candidate will have expertise in configuring SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices. They will also have experience in requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions like template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles, and RBP.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team. They will also have a strong understanding of HR system processes and be able to lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
* Configure SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding based on business requirements and best practices.
* Work on requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, implementation, and troubleshooting of key Recruiting and Onboarding functions like template forms, business rules, workflows, dynamic roles, and RBP.
* Feature Rollout: Monitor SAP SuccessFactors updates and lead the successful implementation of new features and functionalities and share it to stakeholders.
* Work with external partners to transition deliverables from build to run.
* Global Leadership & Advisory: Serve as the global strategic advisor for SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding 2.0, offering expert-level guidance.
* HR Transformation: Lead the development and implementation of efficient, scalable, and automated HR system processes across global operations.
* Coordinate system maintenance with internal support teams via ticketing system.
