You'll be responsible for identifying, contacting, and closing B2 B leads across the nutraceutical, cosmetics, chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, with a key goal: securing Letters of Intent (LOIs) that validate market interest and support our growth trajectory. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone with a strong outbound sales mindset, who is ready to grow with the company, has experience selling bio-based or functional products, and is motivated to close early commercial deals in a fast-paced startup environment.Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify B2 B leads across the nutraceutical, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and chemical industriesActively manage day-to-day sales execution, from first contact through LOIs and early commercial agreementsInitiate outreach via email, Linked In, phone, and industry eventsPrepare and deliver tailored sales pitches, communicating our value proposition and handling technical or commercial objectionsMaintain regular communication with prospects to align expectations and support future sampling or deal flowRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade showsWork closely with management and technical teams to translate product capabilities into clear commercial offers Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related fieldIndustry knowledge of polyphenols, nutraceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, or pharmaceuticals — including market dynamics and regulatory contextProven B2 B sales experience in any of the above sectorsAbility to operate independently while learning quickly in an early-stage environmentExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsFluent in Portuguese and EnglishWillingness to travel regularly within PortugalSelf-motivated, organized, and outcome-driven What We Offer:
