Senior Billing Systems Manager
Intermedia is looking for a strategic, analytical professional to own and evolve our mission-critical billing and quote-to-cash systems.
Job Description:
* Develop and execute the strategy, roadmap, and execution for Intermedia's billing and quote-to-cash systems to improve scalability, accuracy, and automation while supporting new products, pricing models, and partner-driven revenue streams.
* Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, Sales, Operations, and Support teams to deliver high-impact solutions that balance business needs with technical trade-offs.
* Translate customer and partner requirements into clear product initiatives with measurable business outcomes.
* Champion partner-first experiences in billing, including seamless reseller flows and self-service capabilities.
* Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, such as AI, and identify opportunities to improve billing workflows, customer/partner experience, and internal efficiency.
* Represent billing platform strategy with senior leadership, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise billing, subscription management, or quote-to-cash systems.
* Deep understanding of B2B billing flows, subscription models, and partner/reseller ecosystems.
* Demonstrated track record of driving end-to-end product lifecycle for mission-critical platforms.
* Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in financial and operational data.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
* High attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
* BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
