We are seeking a skilled Marketing Content Specialist to join our team. This professional will play a key part in reshaping a website’s layout and content, and supporting digital marketing efforts. This position requires a mix of creative strategy and technical ability to elevate the brand’s online presence, engage the target audience, and drive growth. Requirements:
1. A BSc or MSc degree in Marketing, Advertising, Marketing Management, Communication, Social Communication, Media Studies, Applied Communication (or other, but with experience and aptitude in the described areas);
2. Comprehensive mastering of the marketing processes (planning, market research, marketing-mix management, communication, analytics, ...);
3. Fluent in English, both written and verbal, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills;
4. Creative production capacity (content development, social media, online and offline promotional materials, email marketing, etc.);
5. Knowledge of WordPress, with the ability to set up page layouts, integrate new content, and troubleshoot functionality issues;
6. Familiarity with UI/UX design principles, particularly in assessing and improving website layout, user flow, and engagement;
7. Proactive, organised and results-driven;
8. High sense of rigor, attention to detail and responsibility;
9. Ability to coordinate and support logistics across events and projects (overseeing preparation and delivery of materials, requesting quotes from suppliers…)
Other preferred attributes:
1. Familiarity with basic image editing/creation tools, such as Figma, Canva, or similar;
2. Knowledge of graphic design and advanced image editing software;
3. Previous experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop cohesive content strategies;
4. Experience working on LinkedIn or other social media platforms to drive engagement and followership growth.
