About the Role
As an Electrical Solution Engineer, your primary responsibility is to design and develop electrical systems for power plants, E-BoP, and substations. This involves conducting solution engineering, developing designs, and creating user documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct solution engineering for power plants, E-BoP, and substations.
* Develop basic and detailed designs, including sizing electrical systems and crafting user documentation.
* Apply product-specific software tools for software development as needed.
* Perform engineering studies like short-circuit, power flow, and transient stability studies.
* Lead project design autonomously and participate in internal and customer technical meetings.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Energy or Power Systems and at least 5 years of relevant experience as an Electrical Project Engineer.
* Proficient in designing electrical systems for power plants, E-BoP, and MV/HV Substation projects.
* Knowledge of both conventional and renewable energy sources.
* Experienced in electrical protection systems for MV and HV power systems.
* Skill in electrical design and hardware engineering using ECAD software.
