Overview
A community manager you will be responsible for the management and development of a client online community. You will be responsible for building, growing and managing the company's community online and engaging with customers through social media.
Responsibilities
* Strategic planning and management of digital content (FB, IG, LinkedIn, YouTube and Tik Tok);
* Integration into the monthly management process of the editorial content plan with reception of briefing and final delivery;
* Customer relationship management and feedback monitoring;
* Analysis of metrics and reporting of social media activity in order to transform data into valuable insights;
* Community management and consumer relations; Creation of copy for social networks;
Qualifications
* Min. 1 year of experience in an agency context with brands in the banking sector (preferred)
* Training in communication, digital marketing, creativity or related areas
* Strong writing skills and comfortable with English (Level B2)
* Portuguese C2 (mandatory)
* You are creative and enjoy putting ideas into practice
* Enjoy transforming numbers into valuable insights
* Follow formats, trends and everything that involves social networks
* Used to working on social media management platforms (Sprinklr preferred)
