We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Policy NPC Designer / Solution Architect to join our team and lead the design and technical definition of Policy NPC solutions in complex telecom environments.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze customer, business, and network requirements related to Policy Control (NPC)Define product-level and solution-level implementations for Policy NPCDesign High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) architectures, including:Logical and functional architectureIP and network designDefine detailed use cases and call flows, aligned with:Statement of Work (SoW)3GPP standardsDesign, develop, and validate policy rules and policy flowsSpecify interfaces and integrations (e.g., Gx, Rx, Sy, HTTP/REST)Prepare and maintain high‐quality technical documentation:HLDLLDCIQDesign and technical specificationsDefine test strategies and validation approaches, including:SVSTest lists and acceptance criteriaSupport integration and deployment teams by:Clarifying design intentParticipating in technical reviewsSupporting issue resolution from a design perspectiveParticipating in Go‐Live and migration planning from a design and risk perspectiveConduct technical risk analysis and produce design and tracking reportsAct as a technical reference for Policy NPC design within the projectProfile Policy & Core NetworkProven experience in Telco software solution design and/or system integrationStrong expertise in Policy Control solutions, including NPCSolid understanding of 4G / 5G Core Network architecturesExperience with policy interaction across Core Network nodes and charging systemsFamiliarity with Policy solutions such as:NPC5780 DSCSPS P (or equivalent)Protocols & StandardsStrong knowledge of TCP/IP and telecom protocols:Diameter (Gx, Rx, Sy)HTTP / HTTP2SIPSOAP XML, RESTSNMP, SigtranSolid understanding of international standards:3GPPETSICloud, Platforms & DatabasesExperience designing solutions for virtualized and cloud-native environments:VNFCNFKnowledge of platforms and technologies such as:CBIS / CBAMNCS / NCOMVMware, OpenStack, OpenShiftProficiency in Unix/Linux operating systemsExperience with databases:AerospikeMariaDBOracleSQLExperience with multi-database and complex environmentsAdditional Technical KnowledgeExposure to OSS/BSS frameworksKnowledge of mobile network integration, VoLTE and IMSUnderstanding of payment and charging systems is a plusSolution Architect certification or equivalent experience is an advantageSoft SkillsStrong technical leadership and collaboration skillsExcellent technical writing and documentation capabilitiesCustomer‐oriented mindset and strong stakeholder communicationStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAbility to work autonomously in complex technical environmentsAdvanced level of English (written and spoken)BenefitsJoin a multicultural and inclusive team environment.Enjoy a supportive atmosphere promoting work‐life balance.Engage in exciting national and international projects.Hybrid work.Your career growth is central to our mission.
