We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Digital Customer Engagement Manager. This role will play a critical part in driving business success by ensuring seamless customer onboarding and delivery of SAP enterprise cloud services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in SAP Basis, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience. They will be responsible for supporting sales-to-delivery handovers, customer onboarding, and contributing to the overall service/project delivery according to planned scope, budget, and milestones.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting critical customer situations in conjunction with major incident management and SAP Enterprise Cloud Services customer office teams
* Contributing to customer release and maintenance activities
* Supporting customers on technical requirements throughout their lifecycle within the SAP Enterprise
* Executing and supporting problem management and continuous improvement
In addition, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (B2 level) and Portuguese (C1 level).
Required qualifications and experience include:
* Technical skill set required to perform DC EM tasks
* Good understanding and hands-on experience in HANA database
* Experience in SAP upgrade & migration OS/DB is mandatory
* Hands-on experience in any of Hyper-Scaler AWS Azure GCP is needed
