Junior Talent Acquisition (IEFP)
to join our HR team. This internship offers hands-on experience in recruitment processes and talent management within a dynamic environment.
Responsabilities:
Support the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to candidate onboarding.
Screen resumes, conduct initial candidate outreach, and schedule interviews.
Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
Collaborate with HR and department managers to understand hiring needs.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate from a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English.
