Quadrante is looking to strengthen its Transport Infrastructures Business Unit by recruiting a Project Manager Assistant, based at our Alfragide office.
With both national and international projects of varying scales and typologies, Quadrante offers a unique professional experience in the Portuguese engineering market.
Responsibilities: Manage document flow across project teams (reports, drawings, meeting minutes, correspondence, and deliverables);
Ensure document qualityand compliance with internal standards and client requirements;
Set up, maintain, and continuously improve document management systems;
Prepare and submit documentation to clients (transmittals, deliverables, licensing submissions).
Support the coordination and control of financial management documents, including budget tracking, cost reporting, and invoice follow-up;
Support project planning and monitoring using MS Project.
Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles;
Experience in document management and related tools;
Proficiency in MS Exceland MS Project;
English level B2 or higher;
Organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
