Electrical Site Manager
A leading European data centre delivery specialist is hiring an Electrical Site Manager to join a major hyperscale project in Portugal.
This is a site-based leadership role, taking ownership of all electrical construction activities from planning through to handover. You'll drive programme, manage subcontractors, and ensure quality and safety standards are met across complex LV/MV installations.
What you'll be doing:
Planning and coordinating electrical construction works across the full project lifecycle. Managing subcontractor teams, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Overseeing scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement of electrical equipment.
Implementing quality control measures across all electrical installations. Monitoring costs and programme to keep delivery on track and within budget.
What you'll need:
A trade background or qualification in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Construction. Proven experience as an Electrical Construction Manager or in a senior electrical site role. Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, electrical installations, and sequencing. A track record of managing subcontractors on large-scale or complex construction projects. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
