Profile
* Master’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical), Architecture or other related fields.
* 3 years of experience in BIM management, BIM coordination or BIM specialist role, or completion of BIM focused studies.
* Knowledge of BIM and information management standards (e.g., ISO 19650)
* Technical knowledge of BIM‑related software, preferably Revit, Navisworks and other Autodesk tools.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken).
* Communication and team leadership skills.
* Proactivity in finding solutions and solving problems.
* Strategic planning skills.
* Analytical and detail‑oriented profile.
* Organizational skills.
* Capacity to work on several projects at the same time.
Responsibilities
* Define BIM requirements tailored to the project specific demands and ensure they are clearly communicated to all stakeholders.
* Implement and monitor compliance with BIM requirements across all design and construction teams.
* Coordinate with the Design/Information Manager to ensure alignment with information exchange protocols and CDE workflows.
* Perform model and information quality checks in accordance with project standards and company procedures.
* Conduct clash detection and classify coordination issues, ensuring accurate reporting and resolution tracking.
* Create, assign, and follow up on BIM‑related issues, ensuring timely response and model updates.
* Lead and document BIM coordination meetings, ensuring that model development aligns with project milestones.
* Support the Design Manager in the overall delivery of the design across all design stages, ensuring model development aligns with project objectives and milestones.
* Ensure internal consistency of management procedures, processes, and digital tools between project teams.
* Report on BIM performance indicators to management, providing data to support informed decision‑making.
* Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows, tools, and standards across projects.
