Job Title: Product Delivery Manager

The role of a Product Delivery Manager is to lead and manage a team of product owners, ensuring alignment with product management and technology teams. This includes supporting product owners in backlog management and prioritization, communicating progress to senior leadership, kick-starting and coordinating major projects across business units, engaging stakeholders, driving product improvement initiatives, influencing roadmaps and strategic direction, ensuring products meet non-functional requirements, collaborating with external partners when needed, and promoting company values and team engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supporting product owners in backlog management and prioritization
* Communicating progress to senior leadership
* Kick-starting and coordinating major projects across business units
* Engaging stakeholders
* Driving product improvement initiatives
* Influencing roadmaps and strategic direction
* Ensuring products meet non-functional requirements
* Collaborating with external partners when needed
* Promoting company values and team engagement

* Proven experience as a product owner or product manager
* Solid experience in managing product owners (1:1s, performance reviews, career plans)
* Strong leadership and coaching skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management
* Ability to understand technical architecture at a high level
* Experience working across multiple delivery methodologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Fluency in English (minimum B2, ideally C1)
