Descrição da Função ROLE: Campaign Support & Execution – Assist in the setup, management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Amazon Ads, TikTok Ads, etc. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track key metrics (CPC, ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.) and support the team with performance dashboards and regular reporting to ensure data‐driven decisions. Market & Competitor Research: Support research on trends, competitors, and keywords to uncover new opportunities and refine ad strategies for maximum efficiency. Creative & Copy Coordination: Collaborate com design e content teams to support the development and testing of creatives, ad copy, and landing pages tailored to different platforms and audiences. Qualificações Degree in Marketing, Management, Economics, Data Science or similar (preferred). Previous experience or knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads or Amazon Ads (minimum 2 years). Passion for digital marketing and eagerness to develop professionally in performance marketing. Good analytical skills and attention to detail. Fluent in Portuguese; independent in English. Team player – autonomous, proactive and responsible. Good organizational skills.
