Your contribution to something big: Monitoring and analysis of customer return complaints for early detection of quality-related problems.
Testing, measure, analyse, evaluate products, and report all the findings.
Writing instructions, reports, and handling other required administrative duties.
Training new associates.
Escalation / task force participation with customer contact.
Project participation in the technical definition for all types of activities.
Technical support in the development of new projects.
Monitoring Customer IAM feedback on site.
What distinguishes you:
High School in Electronic or similar.
Very good Communication skills: fluent in English, confident and efficient speaker - mandatory requirement.
Know-how in electronic circuit - mandatory requirement.
Knowledge of the organizational system of parts lists.
Knowledge in manual welding.
Solid computer skills at the user level
Ability to acquire new know-how in new technologies.
Capable of effectively communicating to various areas of the organization (e.g. supplier quality, supply chain, product technical support, engineering, etc.).
Experience with diverse cultures / countries is a plus
Willingness to work overtime if required
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong analytical and resilience skills.
Leadership, organization, planning, entrepreneurship, creativity, and a sense of responsibility.
Availability to travel.
