Remote Customer Support Representative
We are looking for a skilled and fluent Russian speaker to provide top-notch customer support on various social media platforms.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the tech landscape, while gaining valuable experience and settling in Porto, Portugal.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver exceptional assistance to users via chat, email, or phone.
* Guide customers in solving technical or account-related issues with empathy and efficiency.
* Monitor and report user feedback, bugs, and suggestions to enhance product performance.
* Adhere to standard procedures and contribute to a positive customer experience.
* Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
Requirements:
* Fluency in Russian and good command of English (B2+).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic familiarity with social media platforms and tech gadgets.
* Problem-solving mindset and customer-centric attitude.
* Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift rotation after the initial training period.
* Availability to work on a rotating schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off.
