We're looking for a seasoned Customer Communications Management (CCM) expert to join our engineering team.
In this role, you'll play a key part in crafting highly personalised, scalable, and compliant customer communications across multiple channels.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Designing, developing, and maintaining customer communication templates using industry-leading tools (print and digital outputs).
* Implementing dynamic content, business rules, and data mappings to support tailored, data-driven communications.
* Collaborating with business, marketing, and IT teams to translate requirements into robust CCM solutions.
* Ensuring multi-channel delivery of communications (PDF, print, email, HTML, digital channels) from a single source.
* Maintaining and improving existing assets, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
* Supporting deployments across all environments (Dev, QA, Preprod, Prod), following established release processes.
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues in preproduction and production environments, ensuring SLA compliance.
* Contributing to platform standards, best practices, and documentation within the CCM ecosystem.
