Engineering Coordinator Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled engineering professional to join our operations team. As a key member, you will be responsible for coordinating engineering projects across multiple locations, ensuring efficient service from suppliers, and developing standard operating procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
* Coordinate large-scale engineering projects;
* Ensure timely delivery of services from vendors;
* Identify new suppliers and stay informed about industry developments;
* Manage daily engineering operations, delegating tasks strategically;
* Develop and implement operational protocols;
* Analyze engineering reports and implement process improvements;
* Train and develop engineering teams;
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field;
* At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in hospitality;
* Strong technical knowledge of all engineering systems;
* Fluent language skills and good communication skills;
* Proficient in IT/digital tools;
* Knowledge of health and safety practices and regulations;
* Excellent planning and leadership skills;
