The Procurement and Facilities Support Officer's main mission is to provide a quality support to end users in all BNP Paribas Buildings in accordance to the procedures
Your Main Activities Are
* Deliver of KPI's of the indicators assign to the role.
* Monitor and ensure delivery on time and control of execution of the team's workload.
* Supervise the activity associated to the role (Helpdesk tickets, Mail, Parking, cleaning, human security, physical accesses, lockers, central key keeper, waste, recycling).
* Ensure adequate and on time reply to My Portal tickets.
* Promote the effective communication throughout the team.
* Promote teamwork, distribute tasks and maintain the focus on the goal.
* Files organisation and updating.
* Premises control and statistics.
* Perform the 1st level controls assigned to the role.
Profile and Skills to Success
* Highschool in Economics, Finance and Accounting
* Fluency in English and Portuguese
* More than 5 years of experience in Administrative Support
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tolls, specifically Excel and PowerPoint
* Ability to collaborate with a client focused mindset
* Great organisational skills with a proactive approach
