Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Support Payments Agent. The ideal candidate will be fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus.
Responsibilities:
* Act as the voice of the company in direct communication with economy-oriented business partners;
* Manage the German language market;
* Provide customer support and clarify questions regarding products and services;
* Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, and social media channels;
* Support our merchants with all inquiries about our products and services;
* Actively work on optimizing all processes related to our customers, continually improving merchant satisfaction;
* Collaborate closely with other departments, such as Sales and Marketing;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Native or fluent German speaker (mandatory);
* Proficient in English;
* Strong communication skills and a customer-friendly service focus;
* Tech-savvy and passionate about the economic sector;
* Availability to work on-site in Porto;

* Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 08:00 to 19:00 (rotative shifts, with potential extension to 21:00);
