The Intercompanies Accounting Specialist will play a key role in managing and optimizing intercompany accounting processes. Description Responsibilities As an Intercompanies Accountant, you support Local Referents in monthly financial closings, daily operations, and client country communication. You ensure accuracy in intercompany account reconciliations and collaborate on improving accounting quality. Perform monthly financial closing tasks for intercompany accounts Reconcile balance sheet intercompany accounts accurately Monitor and send ageing reports for AP and AR intercompany invoices Ensure timely payments and receipts of intercompany invoices Conduct P&L analysis, identify gaps, and support country teams in resolution Manage accounts receivable encashment to close invoices upon payment Prepare monthly audits by fulfilling intercompany control requirements Perform lettrage of AP and AR provisions Launch accounting quality action plans with Local Referents Participate in ad hoc tasks and projects, contributing to process improvements Profile Profile Minimum 1 year accounting experience (intercompany preferred) Comfortable in English (B2+), written and spoken Strong planning and organisational skills Effective team player with clear communication Sense of collective responsibility and ownership Job Offer Career progression nationally and internationally Integration in a dynamic, informal team culture Fixed + variable remuneration package Annual individual salary review based on merit and potential Permanent, full-time contract Hybrid working model Health and life insurance Balance sheet - Intercompany accounts - Monthly financial closing - P&L analysis
