- Participate in the creation and follow-up of the strategic plan at country level and ensure alignment with corporate strategic goals.
- Prepare documentation for executive decision-making.
- Support the identification and execution of transformative projects.
- Support the development, implementation and control of business improvement processes.
- Monitor project performance and report to senior leadership.
- Monitor macroeconomic trends and the evolution of the digital infrastructure market.
- Analyze the competitive landscape.
- Identify and implement business development opportunities.
- Assist in defining and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
Perfil ideal
- Bachelor's Degree or Master in Economics or Management, Marketing or similar;
- Languages: English (proficient) Portuguese and Spanish (nice-to-have);
- Proficient working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills;
- Project management;
