.Job Purpose: The FP&A Manager is responsible for providing support to the business finance teams and other business functions (including brand Leads) and leaders within the areas of management reporting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
Responsibilities include overall leadership (planning, reporting, analytics, etc.)
for the FP&A Center of Excellence.
Will also act as a visionary and a source of execution for the global transformation of the FP&A Center of Excellence whilst working very closely with the regional finance business partnering function.
Core Responsabilities: Acts as a critical point of contact for regional finance and business leaders and is responsible for fostering a robust business partnering relationship.
Innovates in business analytics to identify and execute new models that can deliver accurate business insights.
Constantly identifies new ways to align data with business knowledge and deliver new value.
Provide ad-hoc FP&A support to regional country & global finance and business leaders.
Work closely with the Finance Business Partners and the Regional Finance Heads in implementing improvement and standardization initiatives within the FP&A area.
Ensure synergies and cross-functional collaboration between Regional Accounting/ Controllership Team and processes managed by the regional GBS.
Develop a solid understanding of ManpowerGroup's business model and industry to use this knowledge to provide an independent perspective.
Ensure the FP&A function has actionable management reporting to drive a deep understanding of financial and operational performance, including using key performance indicators (KPIs).
Actively identifies ways to eliminate non-value work and delegate repeatable tasks whilst leveraging automation whenever possible.
Optimizes the data and systems that provide the foundation for all relevant activities.
Works cross-functionally to help improve FP&A deliverables.
Leverages financial expertise and robust business acumen to provide comprehensive decision support.
Actively contributes to the creation of strategic and tactical plans.
Ensure compliance with the ManpowerGroup's Financial Management Policies and internal control guidelines.
Lead an environment focused on continuous process improvement and customer service excellence.
Provide strong FP&A CoE leadership and motivation to the regional/country teams, being a role model for the DDI Strategy.
Lead, develop, and coach direct reports to enable them to maximize their performance.
Skills & Competencies: Relevant combined work experience within decision support functions at medium or large companies with international operations.
Experience providing critical input to the senior leadership level and other members of Level Management regarding the ManpowerGroup's financial performance, including actions related to the plan
