Knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components
Experience with Flows and declarative tools

4–7+ years of experience
Strong hands-on expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
Understanding of complex data models and sharing rules
Ability to mentor junior team members

Expert Salesforce Developer / Technical Architect
8+ years of Salesforce experience
Enterprise architecture and integration design expertise
Multi-cloud implementations (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud)
Strong knowledge of performance optimization and platform scalability
Salesforce Architect certifications are a strong plus

Salesforce Project Manager
5+ years managing Salesforce implementation projects
Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Strong stakeholder management and delivery ownership
Ability to coordinate distributed teams in international environments
What You'll Be Doing
Depending on your seniority, you will:
Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions
Customize and extend platform functionalities
Lead technical architecture decisions
Manage end-to-end project delivery
Facilitate workshops and business alignment sessions
Ensure best practices in security, performance, and scalability
Collaborate closely with business and IT stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud
Strong communication skills in English
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote setup (Portugal-based)
Salesforce certifications are highly valued across all levels.
