We are looking for a Embedded Software Developer for a project based in Lisbon (Hybrid).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain embedded software in
C
* Design and implement firmware for microcontroller-based systems
* Work closely with hardware teams on architecture and system design
* Ensure code quality, documentation, and compliance with coding standards
* Debug and validate embedded systems in lab environments
Required Skills & Experience:
* Strong experience in
C programming for embedded systems
* Hands-on experience with microcontrollers such as:
Silicon Labs EFR32, Texas Instruments, STM32, Renesas
* Solid knowledge of microcontroller peripherals:
ADC, Timers, Memory Management
* Strong awareness of
low-power design and optimization
* Experience with communication protocols:
UART, SPI, I2C
* Strong knowledge of
Zigbee (important)
or other
sub-GHz radio protocols
* Experience with
FreeRTOS
* Understanding of software architecture, design documentation, and coding standards
* Proficiency with development tools:
GIT, GCC, IAR
* Experience with debugging tools:
JTAG probes, oscilloscope, logic analyzer
* Professional proficiency in English
Nice to have:
* Knowledge of the Matter over Thread protocol.
