LIXIL is expanding its global HRIS team and is looking for a highly skilled HRIS Application Specialist to support and enhance our HR technology landscape. This is an excellent opportunity to join an international, collaborative, and forward-thinking team working across Europe, Asia, and the Americas.

About The Team
You will join a global team of eight HRIS professionals based in Germany, Hungary, the US, Mexico, the Philippines, and Japan. The team leads and supports HR system projects across LIXIL worldwide, with a strong focus on transparency, trust, and cross-cultural collaboration. The environment is open, supportive, and built on shared learning, diverse perspectives, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will play a central part in the implementation, optimisation, and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors across multiple countries. Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing technical support for HR systems, including monitoring, upgrades, and KPI tracking
* Leading and supporting SAP HCM projects, including configuration and customisation using ABAP
* Designing, implementing, and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline HR processes and ensure seamless system integration
* Identifying and evaluating new HRIS solutions aligned with business strategy
* Training junior team members and supporting end-users
* Contributing to global HRIS initiatives and system rollouts

Required Qualifications And Experience

* 5+ years of experience in SAP HCM, particularly Payroll (PY) and Time Management (PT)
* Hands-on experience integrating SuccessFactors with SAP HCM
* Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices
* Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field (advanced degrees or HRIS certifications are a plus)
* Strong interpersonal skills, accountability, and a willingness to learn

Nice to Have

* Experience with SuccessFactors modules
* Broader exposure to SAP ECC or SAP HCM
* Experience in multinational environments, manufacturing, shared service centres, or HRIS consulting
